Dogs - Well behaved dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Please do not leave dogs unattended in Church Barn. We can provide a dog sitting service if you wish to go out without your best friend this would need to be booked in advance and would incur a charge depending on time required. Please ask me for details and we will do our best to accommodate. We ask that dogs do not go on the furniture and that you bring your own dog bed. Water and food bowls along with towels and treats will be provided.

Noise – Please respect that Church Barn is located in a quite rural area with neighbours and we therefore request that outside noise is kept to a minimum in the evening and the use of outdoor Bluetooth speakers avoided especially after 9pm

Check-in: From 4pm .Check-out: By 10am (unless agreed in advance).

Guests: Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay overnight. No parties or events without prior written permission. 

Smoking: No smoking inside the property. 

Property care: Please treat the property and contents with care and report any breakages or issues promptly.

Rubbish: Dispose of waste and recycling as instructed in the welcome guide.

Parking: Use designated parking areas only.

Safety: Guests stay at their own risk; supervise children at all times.
